Origin in 1999, founded in 2003 as corporate entity in Hong Kong and headed by Mr Heiko Schröter, the company's team of specialists provides support to a wide range of clients, including the legal and accountancy professions, company legal departments and individuals.

Using state-of-the art technology, we have developed unique software, accredited by Companies Registry, enabling our clients to incorporate and register companies and file statutory forms electronically from their own desktop PC's.

The software interfaces with our databases enabling us to check the data and take account of all the updates and changes in Companies House procedures and technical interface specifications.
